Applying for a school place during the school year?
If you would like to apply for a place outside of the main round admissions, this can be done via the County Admissions Team. The information can be found on the Hampshire admissions website, this process is called an 'in year transfer'. We do have paper application forms available in our school office.
If a year group is full or over subscribed, applicants are placed on our waiting list. Places are allocated using the criteria set out by Hampshire County Council. Please see the Admissions Policy for more details.

In-year applications are made via Hampshire School Admissions (link below) but are processed by the school who aim to respond to your application in writing within 10 school days and must respond in no later than 15 school days.
